The DIN 1480 Turnbuckle (commonly referred to as a Rigging Screw or Bottle Screw) is the industry standard for adjusting the tension or length of ropes, cables, tie rods, and other tensioning systems. The Hook & Eye configuration shown here offers the most versatility: the “Eye” provides a permanent secure point, while the “Hook” allows for quick attachment and detachment.

Features an Open Body design with visible threads, allowing workers to easily inspect the thread engagement depth and adjust tension simply by rotating the body frame.
